Todd Dacey
Chef Todd Dacey is from Hawaii where his family's business was in the restaurant industry. During the last thirty years he has lived mostly on the Big Island and catered to families groups and organizations throughout Hawaii, California, New Zealand and Sweden. Todd's dedication to quality, endearing personality, commitment to health and unique style is greatly appreciated. One of his favorite and most memorable compliments, given to him by a group from Mt. Shasta was,
