Basics

Cleaning and dieting can be simple and gentle as well as create powerful life enhancing results. Some or all of the factors may be integrated for different health and lifestyle considerations. The following protocols are available:

1. Strengthening and healing of the main elimination systems of the Body (colon & liver). This allows proper immune system, function, blood cleansing, detoxification of all organs and increased assimilation of nutrients.
2. Building intestinal Flora to create a favorable environment for digestion and nutrient production. Also create an unfavorable environment for fungus , mold, parasites and viruses
3. Create the proper Alkaline environment
4. Feeding the Body bio available nutrition, (vitamins, minerals, anti oxidants, essential fatty acids) that enhance energy and support proper neurological & hormonal balance & function)
5. Remove from the diet toxins (chemicals, preservatives, artificial flavors, pesticides, herbicides, fungicides ,bovine growth hormones & animal antibiotics, genetically modified organisms, acid forming foods, stimulants & sugars
6. Remove from the environment toxic household cleaners and personal care products (shampoo, toothpaste, skin lotions that are unnatural and contain chemicals and synthetic fragrances)

Coffee - Is a very acid liquid that the body reacts to by expelling so people often experience easier bowel movements.Coffee also can be habit forming and damaging to the adrenal glands increasing stress and the bodily felt sense of urgency.Both coffee and Black teas contain skin hardening Methyloxinines that are the same substance found in plastic that causes it to become brittle.

Chocolate - A little organic chocolate is often a fine treat.Chocolate has the ability though to stimulate a false sense of wellbeing through the release of natural chemicals in the brain.After extended use the body neurological pathways for generating true happiness and well being for itself atrophies and deteriorates .Stimulating substances like this are often used to avoid and cover up emotional movement and healing

Sugar - Includes honey sweeteners and dried sweet fruits.When out of balance sugar taxes the liver and stimulates the Adrenal glands that are primarily designed for emergency survival fight or flight situations.With extended adrenal stimulation a bodily felt sense of urgency can result along with immune system shut down and exhaustion.

Sugar is also a primary food for Candida yeast ,parasites,molds and fungus and sugar cravings are often generated by these organisms.

Colon Health

The colon is the main elimination system of the body. If the colon becomes sluggish or plugged with old fecal matter it may lead to many health issues. Some of the causes of colon problems are alcohol and the use of anti-biotics (opposite of probiotic) which destroy healthy bacteria such as Acidophilus and allows the onset of organisms like candida yeast.

Such things as to much stress, cooked foods, meats, acid forming foods lead to slow Bowel transit time and auto intoxication (gas in the blood that affects mental clarity.) This creates an ideal environment for parasites and weakens the colon walls leaking toxins into the bloodstream overloading the Liver and immune system. When a leaky slow acidic gut is combined with candida, parasites and toxins in non organic processed acidic flesh foods, the door for many diseases and unhealthy thoughts may be opened

Ideally we should have 2 easy to eliminate, well formed bowel movements per day that are well formed, low odor, a light color and float Amazing results can happen with colon cleansing including having 3 + foot long bowel movements that leave one feeling clearer than ever and having more light come in. Vegetarian

Many are choosing this diet for many factors such as the inhumane cruelty of animals in factory farms, depletion of earth resources through animal farming, pesticides, Herbicides anti-biotic and animal hormones found in commercial animal products. Organic products much cleaner and produced with more consciousness and care. We may look at what companies & energy our food dollars are contributing to.

Acid/ Alkaline Balance

The effect foods have on the body chemistry. The Blood is maintained at a 7.2 ph and will pull calcium from bones to balance leading to Osteoporosis. Over consumption of acid forming food especially heavy animal proteins, creates an acidic low frequency environment that disease organisms thrive in and tax the bodies digestive and eliminative system. Acid body acid thoughts are a common out picture.

Food Combining-& Enzymes

Food Combining is a system of matching foods with similar digestive chemistry to enhance assimilation as well as prevent fermentation and gas. Digestive enzymes naturally occur in raw foods unheated above 110 degrees..

Favorable food combining combinations:

Raw Foods - Contain life giving enzymes that allow for easy digestion. Heating above 112 degrees destroys enzymes and require pancreatic or supplementary enzymes for digestion

Enzyme inhibitors naturally occur in dormant seeds and nuts. Soaking and sprouting will release these inhibitors and add the spark of life so as to increase digestibility and goodness.


Oils - Olive ,Sesame, Flax, and safflower are highly recommended oils. Olive oil sesame and coconut butter are suitable for saute Cold pressing prevents rancidity from high heat. Unsaturated oils such as flax contain Essential Fatty Acids that are needed by the Body in many areas including the Prostoglandin Hormonal system that regulates blood pressure. Unsaturated means that in the chemical structure the Hydrogen has unfilled bonds that attract oxygen. The oxygen will cause rancidity so Flax oil is sealed from air, light and heat and remains liquid in the freezer. Many oils are rancid and compromised due to overheating chemical extraction and exposure to air resulting in defects in there chemical make up (Trans fatty acids). When used by the body to form cell walls result in weakness that is a proven an avenue for cancer formation. Hydrogenated oils in margarines are superheated to 600 degrees in the presence of Aluminum and are best avoided. When rancid oils are ingested macrophages the immune systems first line of defense become inactive for hours.

Allergies

Many people are unaware of allergic reactions to Wheat, dairy, rancid oils, and undigested protein matter in the blood stream. These reaction tax the immune system and prevent proper assimilation & nutrient uptake.

Lifestyle

Exercise and breathing oxygenates the body, circulates fluids eliminating wastes, strengthens the heart, aids the digestion & assimilation of food and releases hormones that stimulate well being. Cancer is a disease that thrives in a low oxygen acidic environment. Drinking 2 to 3 quarts of pure water daily will allow for easier detoxification,.

Eating in a calm relaxed state aids in digestion and assimilation.

The liver is naturally in a cleansing and flushing cycle between 10 pm and 10 am. It is best to eat dinner by 7 pm and to have only raw foods (fruit) until 10 am

Chew food thoroughly as saliva also has digestive enzymes and proper chewing aids in digestion.
