Master Chef Todd and his staff have provided
delicious gourmet meals for Hawaiian retreats for over ten years.
His menus have received high praise from guests, staff and from
many who have attended other events he has catered. One of Todd's
passions is to help raise people's consciousness about food preparation
that will provide them the greatest benefit and enjoyment. The
meals are primarily vegetarian that feature fresh fish dinners
and healthful desserts and snacks throughout the retreat. Whole,
organic, locally grown ingredients are used, including many "living"
foods. These are delicious meals that nourish both the body and
soul. Always artfully presented, the food and dining table are
a feast for the eyes as well. This particular expression of Todd's
love and creativity has become one of the hallmarks of his retreat
